Class 6: Vegetable-Carving (Taro) (Live) 芋頭現埸蔬果雕
Class 7: Individual Ice Carving (Live) 現場冰雕
Individual Live Cooking Competition現場廚藝比賽
Class 8: MLA Beef Cooking (Live) 牛肉(大會提供MLA)
Class 9: MLA Lamb Cooking (Live) 羊肉(大會提供 MLA)
Class 10: Pork cooking (Live Cooking) 豬肉
Class 11: Salmon cooking (Live Cooking) 鮭魚
Class 12: Vegetable cooking (Live Cooking) 蔬菜/素蔬
* Rules & Regulations will be sent with a notification accepting this application once approved by the Competition Committee. A charge of RMB100 per confirmed entry will be made.
