【世界廚師節- 關懷偏鄉兒少】

由台灣廚藝美食協會在十月份世界廚師節，由理事長、慈善委員會 黃宏銘師傅、理監事帶領近70位全國各地愛心主廚及青年廚師們，料理美食招待台東縣400位偏鄉兒少！舉辦這場義煮活動，除了能讓孩子們品嚐到美味菜餚、補充營養，也給予台東的孩子們鼓勵與關心！一起支持台灣兒少棒球，培育更多台灣之光。

[International Chef's Day - Caring for Rural Children]

In celebration of International Chef's Day in October, the Taiwan Chefs Association, led by Chairman Chef Alan, Charitable Committee Chef Huang, along with other committees and nearly 70 chefs and young chefs from all over Taiwan, prepare and serve meals for 400 underprivileged baseball team members in Taitung City. The event not only provides delicious and nutritional support but also offers encouragement and care to the children.
