第五屆 TCAC台灣廚藝美食挑戰賽-Taiwan Culinary Art Challenge
第五屆台灣廚藝挑戰賽（TCAC）於2023年9月3日在台北醒吾科技大學圓滿落幕
由於WORLDCHEFS 認證的比賽共有 7 個主要類別，264 名選手參賽，其中 364 名選手來自香港、韓國、馬來西亞、泰國和台灣。
台灣廚藝美食協會（TCA）理解事長何育任及其TCAC組織委員會衷心感謝醒吾科技大學對2023年TCAC大賽活動的配合，並感謝其工作人員的不懈支持。
協會謹代表TCA主席Alan Ho向所有參賽選手取得的成績表示衷心祝賀，並讚揚受邀評委在比賽期間為激勵和指導所有選手。
台灣廚藝美食協會衷心感謝所有贊助商和支持者；使活動更加圓滿。
The 5th.Taiwan Culinary Arts Challenge (TCAC) was sucsesfully completed at Hsing Wu University of Science and Technology, Taipei on September 3 2023
The WORLDCHEFS approved competition welcomed 264 competitors competing in 7 main catecories with 364 entrance from Hong Kong, South Korea, Malaysia, Thailand and Taiwan.
Taiwan Chefs Association's (TCA) President Chef Alan Ho and his TCAC organisation commitee sincereley wishes to thank Hsing Wu University of Science and Technology for their colaboration in staging the 2023 TCAC competition event and thanks its staff for their endless support.
On behalf of TCA President Alan Ho, the association exstends their sincere congratulation to all competitors on there archievements and praises the invited judges for their tremendous efforts in motivating and offering guidance during the event to all competitors.
Taiwan Chefs Association sincerely wishes to exstends its appreciation and thanks to all sponsors and supporters; as the event could not be staged without them.

Entry fees should accompany applications and are not refundable unless the class is full. Applications received without entry fees may not be processed.
報名手續需完成報名費匯款，方可視為報名成功。因主辦方無法控制的原因取消比賽或參賽者撤回參賽作品，報名費將不予退還，其費用將支 付行政管理支出，比賽前四週可以接受更換參賽者。
The registration fee is (per item) : 16-18 years old NT$800, 18-23 years old NT$1000 ,above 23 years old NT$1600
報名費(每項)為16-18歲 NT$800、18-23歲 NT$1000、23歲以上 NT$1600。
Class B6 USA Rice Challenge No registration fees required , limited space
B6 - 美國米挑戰賽- 創意素食米飯料理 不需報名費 名額有限
